“I believe therapy allows us to uncover parts of ourselves we didn’t know were there, strengthen what we had lost, and develop new versions of ourselves. My goal in doing so is to meet you where you are, provide a safe and trusting environment & ultimately allow you to advocate for yourself in your own life because your ability to grow is not defined by the barriers you’ve faced.”
