Eric is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. Eric is deeply committed to providing a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where individuals, couples, and families can feel supported as they navigate challenges that may arise from life’s difficult moments, such as anxiety, depression, or grief.  He is especially passionate about working with individuals who identify as highly sensitive, who struggle with overthinking or regulating emotions, and who may often feel misunderstood or unseen.  He has a flexible approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique wants and needs of each client in the present moment.  His work is grounded in curiosity, openness, and respect for each client's lived experience, with the goal of facilitating growth and helping foster connections while navigating stress, change, and difficult emotions.

I believe therapy is a collaborative experience that works best when it provides a safe, supportive space for growth and self-exploration.  Change is inevitable and it can be difficult to navigate alone, but I believe we all have the capacity to grow and adapt, even during life’s challenges.  Whether you’re seeking practical grounding techniques for your daily life or a deeper exploration of the unconscious, I will be by your side every step of the way on this journey."
