“I believe therapy is a space that helps each person realize their own potential and build on their strengths. In therapy, we are reminded that although we cannot control all stressors in our lives, we are in the driver’s seat. On the journey of life, rest stops help us reflect on our needs, so that we are stronger when we get back on the road. The road may have unexpected loss, trauma, challenges, but therapy helps us survive and eventually thrive and enjoy the ride. Together, we will build a stronger and more purposeful tools facing such challenges”
