Gabriela Flores
Gabriela is currently pursuing her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. She works with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, and relationship or communication challenges. She is especially passionate about creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, heard, and supported.
Her approach is warm, empathetic, curious, and collaborative. Coming from a Latina household, she values culturally sensitive care and understands how family expectations and stigma around mental health can sometimes make reaching out for support difficult. Gabriela is fluent in Spanish.
“I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself and feel safe exploring whatever you may be experiencing, without worrying about saying the ‘right’ thing or being judged. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. My goal is to listen with curiosity and empathy, meet you where you are, and work alongside you to better understand what you’re going through and find a path forward that feels right for you.”
