Isha Randhawa
Isha Randhawa is currently completing her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant University. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, family conflict, life transitions, and struggles with self-worth and identity. Isha is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges and relationships.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. Drawing from a systemic and attachment-based lens, Isha helps clients explore the emotions and patterns that shape the way they relate to themselves and others. She believes emotions are meaningful messengers rather than problems to be fixed, and works to help clients better understand themselves with greater self-awareness, compassion, and connection. She values culturally aware care and enjoys supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including those navigating generational and cultural differences.
“I believe therapy is not about ‘fixing’ who you are, but about understanding yourself more deeply and creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful connection. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them feel more understood, empowered, and less alone in the process.”
