I am Sabrina Azadi

Welcome to my personal page

Sabrina received her Bachelor of Science in Ecological Sciences from London Metropolitan University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. Before entering the field of psychotherapy, she worked as a newspaper columnist, magazine editor, and freelance journalist—interviewing hundreds of people and telling their stories with empathy and depth. This passion for connection and understanding naturally led her to the world of mental health.

As a mother, Sabrina understands the unique challenges that come with balancing family life, and she is particularly passionate about supporting mothers through life’s transitions. Sabrina works with individuals, couples, and families, including children and adolescents, navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, PTSD, and healing from relational trauma, including narcissistic abuse. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy to create a personalized and collaborative healing process.

“I believe my calling is about connection—something that’s reflected in my love of travel, community, and the deep conversations I’ve had with people throughout my life. Therapy is a space where we pause, reflect, and begin to reconnect with our inner voice. My hope is to support you in discovering the strength, insight, and healing that already lives within you. Together, we’ll explore your story and write a new chapter that feels more aligned, authentic, and free.”
